A record of who changed what, and when.
Who changed what
Activity records the changes that matter on a team, who made each one and when. No one can edit or delete an entry.
Admins and the owner read it in Activity. Your plan decides whether you have it; see Plans.
What it records

| Invitation sent | Someone was invited to the team. |
| Person joined | Someone joined, at sign-up or from an invitation. |
| Role changed | Someone's role changed, including by an ownership transfer. |
| Person removed | Someone was removed from the team, or left it. |
| Plan changed | The team moved to another plan. |
| Site created | A new site was started from a description. |
| Site blog post created | A blog draft was created. |
| Site blog post updated | A blog draft or its archive status changed. |
| Site blog publication started | A blog post was queued to publish or go offline. |
| Site blog post published | A blog post or its updates became public. |
| Site blog post taken offline | A blog post was taken offline. |
| Site blog post deleted | A blog post was permanently deleted. |
| Site blog writing started | Shingle was asked to write a blog draft. |
| Site blog draft written | A blog draft was prepared for review. |
| Site blog writing failed | A blog-writing request could not finish. |
| Site published | A site was published, or its updates were. |
| Site publication started | A site was queued for publishing. |
| Site going offline | A site was queued to go offline. |
| Site deletion started | A site and its previews were queued for deletion. |
| Site taken offline | A site was taken offline. Its web address stays the team's. |
| Site deleted | A site was deleted, and its web address freed. |
| Site form updated | A form's intake or confirmation settings changed. |
| Site form submission received | A form submission was received. |
| Site form submission updated | A form submission's status changed. |
| Site form submission deleted | A form submission's answers were erased. |
| Site form submissions exported | Form submissions were downloaded as CSV. |
| Site submission email added | An address was added to a site's submission emails. |
| Site submission email removed | An address was removed from a site's submission emails. |
| Site submission email confirmed | An address confirmed it gets a site's submission emails. |
| Site submission emails stopped | An address stopped a site's submission emails from a link. |
| Site taken offline after a report | Shingle took a site offline after a report, and held its publishing. |
| Site allowed to publish again | Shingle let a site it took offline publish again. |
No longer recorded: Project created, Project archived, Project restored and Project deleted. Older entries still show them.
Each entry names who acted: someone on the team, Shingle itself, or, on older entries, a connected tool.

The newest entries come first. Filter by event, by who acted or by date to narrow the list.
