Plans
What each plan includes, live sites and what credits buy.
One plan per team
Every team has a plan, and every team starts on Free. The plan sets how many of the team's sites can be live at once, how many credits it gets each month, how many people can be on it, and whether it has Activity.

Everyone on the team counts toward its people, and so does an invitation that hasn't been accepted yet. Drafts are never counted: build and keep as many as you like, and only the sites that are live count toward the plan.
Live sites
Free is for building and previewing: publishing a site needs a paid plan. On a paid plan, taking a site offline frees its place for another. On Pro and Agency, you can add live sites beyond the plan's own in Plan and billing.
Credits
AI work uses credits: building a site or building it again uses 5, adding a page 2, and a change, new images or a blog post 1 each. A new account's first team comes with 10 credits to try. Editing by hand, uploads, Details, restoring and publishing never use credits.
If a build or change fails, its credits come back. Undo a change within a day and its credit comes back too, up to five times a month.
A paid plan adds its credits each month on the day you started it. Unused credits carry over for one more month. When you need more, the owner can buy a pack of 25, 100 or 300 credits in Plan and billing; a pack's credits last a year. When none are left, your sites stay as they are, and editing by hand still works.
Change your plan
Only the owner can change the plan, in Plan and billing, and only someone whose email is confirmed can spend credits. See the prices on Pricing. Enterprise is arranged by agreement: email [email protected].
A change of plan is settled for the rest of the period at once, and the new plan's live sites and credits apply when the payment is confirmed. If you cancel, your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for. Each change of plan is recorded in Activity.
At a limit
When your team is at a limit, an action that would go past it is refused, and the message says what lifts it: a bigger plan, more live sites, or more credits.
